I had never worked with a coach before but knew I was at a point where I needed some external perspective and support to help me make a career move so that I could take my creative work to the next level. When I first reached out to Gail, I was feeling stuck in my day job while pursuing my art and design work on the side. I wanted to take the leap and make my art a full-time career, but I was hamstrung by fear, insecurities, and a lack of clarity around my direction.
From our first conversation, Gail was warm, supportive, and had calming and focused energy. With Gail's guidance, I successfully left my full-time job to pursue my art full time. Now, 6 months later, I still refer to the writing homework and visioning exercises that we worked on together to keep myself on track.
